An outdoor propane fire table is available for your use.
Please make sure the propane tank is turned to the ON position before lighting. To ignite, push the knob in while pressing the ignitor. Continue holding both for about 3 seconds to ensure the flame stays lit before releasing.
The fire table uses battery ignition. If it doesn’t spark, spare batteries can be found in the bedroom armoire.
Please place the covers back on the outdoor furniture whenever it is not in use or when you are leaving the property.
If you run into any issues, just reach out — we’re happy to help.

If you hear the ignitor clicking but the fire table won’t light, it is likely a gas flow issue caused by a safety "lockout" in the tank regulator. This happens if the tank valve is opened too quickly.
Follow these steps to reset the safety valve:
1. Turn everything off: Close the valve on the propane tank and turn the gas knob on the fire table to the OFF position.
2. Disconnect: Unscrew the regulator from the propane tank.
3. Wait: Let the system sit for a full 5 minutes to depressurize.
4 Reconnect: Re-tighten the regulator onto the propane tank.
5. Open SLOWLY: This is the most important step. Open the tank valve very slowly. Opening it too fast will trip the safety lockout again.
6. Ignite: Press the black rubber ignitor button until you hear ticking. While it is clicking, slowly turn the gas valve on the table.
Check the tank: Ensure the tank is fully open and actually contains fuel (exchange tanks can occasionally be empty).
Check for seals: Ensure all plastic shipping caps or seals have been removed from the tank valve.
Try again: If it doesn’t light within 5 seconds, turn the gas off, wait 30 seconds, and repeat the ignition step.
